Part One: The Unfair and Balanced RTT

Welcome to part one of my article, where I’m covering the Unfair and Balanced RTT.

This one-day tournament takes place near the Swiss border, making it easy for me to attend. The name comes from the two asymmetric missions being played. Because of those missions, I might actually have a chance to win a game!

I’m bringing a character-heavy Adepta Sororitas list featuring Morvenn Vahl and three Paragon Warsuits as my primary hammer.
My secondary damage dealer is a Palatine with 10 Sacresants.
For utility I’ve included a squad of Seraphim and a Mortifier, and for long-range fire support I have an Exorcist and a Castigator.

Game Plan

• Versus the meta-dominant “Five Big Knights” lists
  I’ll focus one Knight with Vahl’s unit and the other with my fire support and the Palatine squad.
  The goal is to bring down 1½ to 2 Knights per turn. Even if I can’t kill one every turn, I still have plenty of scoring pieces.

• Versus melee-rush armies
  I’ll screen my units with characters, then use the revive stratagem to bring them back as needed.
